Ingredients:
bulking agent: cellulose, starch, iron(II) bisglycinate, capsule shell (gelatin), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent: shellac, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
RECOMMENDED USE
Take one serving of the product (1 capsule) once daily, preferably during or after a meal, with water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule).
