7NUTRITION Guarana has a stimulating effect, eliminates physical and mental fatigue, increases the ability to concentrate and remember. The effect of guarana can be, in some simplification, compared to that of coffee. However, because guarana caffeine is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract a little slower, its effect lasts up to 6 hours, i.e. about 2 hours longer than coffee – but at the same time it is milder, less intense.
Guarana, also known as thornbone, guarana or haze, is a plant with the highest caffeine synthesis capacity known so far, which contains 4 times more than coffee beans. In 400 mg of guarana, the caffeine content is as much as 88 mg. The properties of guarana consist in increasing physical and mental fitness in states of increased effort.
Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water or as directed by your doctor. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect. Do not exceed a daily intake of 200mg of caffeine from all sources.
