Due to the fact that the main ingredient of this product is whey protein isolate (WPI), when dissolved in water, it does not take on the typical, creamy consistency associated with a classic protein shake. Instead, the conditioner has a light, refreshing taste and does not have a milky aftertaste, creating a pleasant drink.

From 1 to 2 servings a day. One serving is 25 g of the product (1 scoop) dissolved in 250-300 ml of water.
