NUTRIENT-RICH FRUITS
- Amalaki – also known as Amla or Indian Gooseberry, a rich source of vitamin C, antioxidants and phytonutrients.
- Bibhitaki – a rich source of tannins, vitamin C, B-vitamins and minerals.
- Haritaki – a rich source of tannins, vitamin C, gallic acid and other nutrients.
RECOMMENDED USE
Take 1 capsule twice daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Ingredients
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit extract, amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit extract, bibhitaki fruit extract; capsule shell: gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
