RECOMMENDED USE
Athletes of various disciplines 1-3 times a day, taking into account dietary needs. In the phase of reducing fat tissue and improving the aesthetics of the figure, we suggest dissolving WARRIOR PROTEIN in water, and in the case of building muscle mass, in milk (250 – 300 ml). In order to inhibit the so-called night catabolism, take a portion immediately after waking up and before going to bed.
