Benefits of taking vitamins D and K
Vitamin K plays a key role in maintaining healthy bones and supports proper blood clotting.
Regular intake of vitamin D helps optimize calcium absorption, supporting bone and dental health, as well as benefiting muscle function and the immune system.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is produced in the body when exposed to sunlight for at least 15 minutes daily. When sunlight is insufficient, it is recommended to supplement it in your diet or through supplements.
Vitamin K (MK7)
Vitamin K2 in the MK7 form is derived from natto, a Japanese fermented soy product. It has a long shelf life (up to 72 hours) and is quickly absorbed by the body, making it effective in action.
